INSPECT HEATER RESISTANCE OF A/F SENSORS 

1. Disconnect the A/F sensor connector.
2. Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance between the terminals +B and HT.

Resistance:
0.8 - 1.4 ohms at 20 °C (68 °F)
1.8 - 3.2 ohms at 800 °C (1,472 °F)

If the resistance is not as specified, replace the sensor.

How to check transmission fluid level 2013 Ford Mustang V6

If the installation of a new transmission fluid cooler or transmission fluid cooler tubes has been carried out, the vehicle must be driven to get the transmission fluid to a temperature of 88°C (190°F) in order to purge the air from the transmission fluid cooling system.

1. With the engine running, place the transmission selector lever in each gear position and hold approximately 5 seconds. Place the transmission selector lever in PARK.
2. With the engine idling (600-750 rpm) in PARK, position it on a hoist.
3. Remove the transmission fluid fill plug and transmission fluid level indicator assembly, located on the passenger side front portion of the transmission case.

4. Separate the transmission fluid level indicator from the transmission fluid fill plug.

5. Wipe the transmission fluid level indicator clean. Reinstall only the transmission fluid level indicator back into the transmission fluid fill plug hole to check the transmission fluid level.

6. The transmission fluid level indicator has 2 areas for the fluid level, a crosshatched (labeled A) area and a dotted (labeled B) area. Use the crosshatched area when checking the transmission fluid level. The correct transmission fluid level is at the upper level of the crosshatch marks on the transmission fluid level indicator.

Using the scan tool, verify that the Transmission Fluid Temperature (TFT) is between 80°C-85°C (176°F-185°F). Do not overfill the transmission. The transmission fluid level must be at the upper level of the crosshatch mark.

7. If the transmission fluid is not at the correct level, follow the steps for Adding Additional Transmission Fluid or Removing Transmission Fluid. Install the transmission fluid fill plug.

• Tighten to 35 Nm (26 lb-ft).

Location of AIR DOOR actuator 1997-2002 Toyota Camry

If you wanted to remove the air door actuator. It is located on the driver side, look way on top of gas pedal.

1. Release the claw and pull out the plate.

c. Disconnect the connector.

a.Check the operation.

1.Apply battery voltage across terminals 1 (+B) and 2 (E2G).
2.Using a voltmeter, connect the positive (+) tester prove to terminal 3 (VG) and the negative (-) tester prove to terminal 2 (E2G).
3.Blow air into the mass air flow meter, then check that the voltage fluctuates. If the voltage does not fluctuate, replace the mass air flow meter.

2. Check the resistance.   
3. Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance between the terminals.

Standard:

If the result is not as specified, replace the mass air flow meter.

3. Disconnect the electrical connectors (3,4,5) from the starter

4. Remove the starter bolts.
5. Remove the starter.

How to replace install throttle body 2007 Suzuki Reno L4-2.0L, DTC 2135

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Disconnect the intake air temperature (IAT) sensor connector.
3. Disconnect the breather hose from the valve cover.

4. Remove the air intake tube.
5. Disconnect the vacuum hoses from the throttle body.
6. Disconnect the Electric Throttle Control (ETC) connectors.
7. Disconnect the coolant hoses from the throttle body
8. Remove the throttle body retaining nuts.

Installation

CAUTION:

Use care in cleaning old gasket material from machined aluminum surfaces. Sharp tools may damage sealing surfaces.

1. Clean the gasket mating surface on the intake manifold.
2. Clean the throttle body.
3. Install the throttle body assembly with a new gasket to the intake manifold.
4. Install the throttle body retaining nuts. Tighten: Tighten the throttle body retaining nuts to 10 Nm (89 in. lbs.) . **if no torque wrench. tighten, then turn a quarter more turn** 
5. Connect the ETC connector.
6. Connect the coolant hoses to the throttle body.
7. Connect the vacuum hoses to the throttle body.
8. Install the air intake tube.
9. Connect the breather hose to the valve cover.
10. Connect the IAT sensor connector.
11. Connect the negative battery cable
12. Fill the coolant to cooling system

2005 Scion XB Drive belt replacement

1. REMOVE FAN AND GENERATOR V-BELT

1. Loosen bolts A and B.
2. Release the V-ribbed belt tension and remove the V-ribbed belt.

2. REMOVE RF WHEEL AND REMOVE ENGINE UNDER COVER RH
   
   
   
   
   

3. REMOVE VANE PUMP V-BELT

1. Loosen bolts A and B.
2. Release the V-ribbed belt tension, and remove the V-ribbed belt.

4. INSTALL VANE PUMP V-BELT

1. Temporarily install the V-ribbed belt on each pulley.

5. INSTALL FAN AND GENERATOR V-BELT

1. Temporarily install the V-ribbed belt on each pulley.
   

6. ADJUST FAN AND GENERATOR V-BELT

1. Insert the adjusting bar between the engine RH mount bracket and generator. Push the bar towards the vehicle front to adjust the V-ribbed belt tension. NOTICE: Do not insert the bar between the oil control valve and generator. It could damage the oil control valve.

TIP:  IF YOUR THE DRIVE BELT SQUEALS AND/OR VIBRATES. IT IS TOO LOSE. TIGHTEN BUT NOT TOO TIGHT.
